Daniel is the founder of BiIT, bringing more than fifteen years of experience leading planning and operations across complex, multi-disciplinary business environments. His background combines data and business intelligence, operations, technology, and internationalization, allowing him to work closely with leadership teams to structure, scale, and operate businesses with clarity and control.

Throughout his career, Daniel has been known for his ability to understand the full scope of a business and translate executive vision into structured, executable operations at every level of detail. While many projects fail due to lack of order and operational alignment, his approach focuses on creating structure, discipline, and data-driven execution—turning strategy into action and complexity into sustainable operating models.
